Does wearing it hurt?
No, the Monoblock does not cause pain. In the first few days you may notice mild pressure or a sense of having something foreign in your mouth until you get used to it. This feeling usually fades within a few days.
Can I speak and eat with it?
Since the Monoblock is worn mainly at night and during set exercise periods, normal speaking and eating in daily life are barely affected. We recommend not eating while the appliance is being worn.
How do I clean the appliance?
Clean the appliance daily with a soft toothbrush and lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as it may cause the plastic to deform. If needed, special cleaning tablets for orthodontic appliances can be used.
What happens if I don't wear it regularly?
